A proper introduction
Baptiste Enterprises exists because the distance between how work actually gets won now and how people were taught to win it keeps costing good businesses real money.
We are a woman-owned professional services firm, and we do three things. We fix the operations of small businesses and open the government contracting channel to them. We train teams and individuals in the people skills that delivery actually depends on. And we run programs that hand students and early-career talent a working map of the world they are walking into.
Twenty-five years of systems engineering, federal IT program management, and health IT. More than $50 million in proposals written and won. Two businesses built from nothing. Certified through WBENC, registered as an SBA Women-Owned Small Business, and recognized by North Carolina as a Small Business Enterprise.
What that adds up to in practice is simple. We've sat on both sides of the table. We've written the requirement and answered it. We've run the program and been the vendor. So when we tell you a bid isn't worth three weeks of your life, it's because we've spent those three weeks.
Plainly, and without making you perform for us first. You'll always know where things stand, what it costs, and what happens next. No retainer that quietly renews into nothing. No deck that reads like it was built for a different company. We respect your time because we've been the person on the other end of a meeting that didn't need to happen.
I left a career I was good at because I could see the board changing, and I did not want to spend another decade banging my head against the wall, or explaining to capable people why their careers weren't progressing.
